Royal Automobile Association of South Australia | Professional Services | 1300 | $445M | Australia | Vibe Systems | Vibe.Travel | Travel Management | 2021 | n/a |
In 2021 the Royal Automobile Association of South Australia launched Vibe.Travel, deploying a Travel Management application to power a new member and public-facing booking website that went live in mid-December 2021. The launch brought online booking functionality to members and the general public for the first time, extending RAA’s long-running travel offering into a searchable, bookable digital storefront.
Vibe.Travel was implemented to provide core Travel Management capabilities including a searchable and filterable product catalogue, a booking engine for hotels initially, and membership validation functionality to enable closed user group rates for validated RAA members. The configuration emphasizes catalog and booking workflows, member rate entitlement checks, and a consumer-facing UI that consolidates hotel inventory with planned extensions for flights, tickets and attractions, car hire, and transfers.
The deployment uses integrated APIs to surface domestic and worldwide hotel content and to orchestrate booking flows, with membership validation technology supplied by Vibe to gate member-specific pricing and offers. Operational coverage is both public consumers and RAA’s membership base of several hundred thousand members, with the platform staged to add additional travel product channels in subsequent phases.
Governance and rollout were executed as a phased site launch in December 2021, aligning the travel offering with RAA’s other digitally available services and embedding membership validation into booking workflows. The implementation explicitly introduced online booking and member-only rate capabilities, and the product roadmap includes incremental integration of flights and ground services as subsequent releases.
