In 2010 Royal Automobile Association of South Australia implemented TechnologyOne Accounts Payable as its AP Automation solution. Operational rollout included data collection and staff training activities led by the internal project team, with accounts staff who maintained transaction processing on Finance 1 supporting the transition. The implementation included secondments of finance personnel into RAA Security and RAA Insurance finance departments to coordinate integration and change management across departments. Governance changes aligned AP processing rules, dispute resolution responsibilities and archive retention workflows to the centralized TechnologyOne Accounts Payable environment.
