In 2020 Prada Group deployed Vodafone MDM (AirWatch) as its enterprise EMM / MDM / MAM solution to standardize management of corporate mobile endpoints. Operational ownership for the Vodafone MDM (AirWatch) environment included an IT Network Operation Technician operating on behalf of HRM Srl between January 2020 and May 2023, reporting to the network infrastructure manager and serving as primary technical owner for device configuration and platform administration.

Governance and process work produced documentation and standards for platform operation, with network diagrams and a SharePoint repository used for standard sharing and FAQs on network and mobile telephony issues. Incident management responsibilities included handling second level requests and establishing shared procedures for mobile device configuration and corporate app distribution, embedding Vodafone MDM (AirWatch) into operational support workflows and cross site device provisioning.
