Akten Cosmetics Turkey | Consumer Packaged Goods | 120 | $12M | Turkey | Workcube | Workcube CRM | CRM | 2019 | Mifa Bilgi Sistemleri |
In 2019 Akten Cosmetics Turkey implemented Workcube CRM across its Istanbul operations, with the project delivered by implementation partner Mifa Bilgi Sistemleri and the solution going live in April 2019. The deployment centralized the Workcube CRM application to support sales and customer management while extending the platform to broader operational domains within the business.
The implementation digitized end-to-end processes including production, finance, e-commerce and sales/CRM, with explicit CRM usage for managing contacts, offers and sales follow-up. Functional capabilities implemented included contact and opportunity management, offer processing and sales follow-up workflows, together with lot tracking and consolidated reporting to support production and quality traceability.
Architecturally the rollout established a centralized Workcube instance serving Istanbul sites and integrated transactional capture from mobile and handheld terminal workflows to ensure field and shop-floor data fed back into CRM, production and finance reporting. E-commerce processes were brought into the same operational footprint to unify order and customer data across sales channels.
Governance and process work focused on configuring CRM workflows for sales follow-up and offers while restructuring handheld terminal procedures for lot-level tracking and reporting. The case study cites improvements in lot tracking, reporting and mobile and handheld terminal workflows as explicit outcomes of the Workcube CRM implementation.

Ikizler Aydinlatma Turkey | Manufacturing | 150 | $25M | Turkey | Workcube | Workcube CRM | CRM | 2023 | Atwork |
In 2023 Ikizler Aydinlatma Turkey deployed Workcube CRM to consolidate accounting, production and sales processes across its Sakarya and İstanbul operations. The project began in 2023 and was delivered with implementation partner Atwork Bilgi Teknolojileri. The deployment combined CRM capabilities with the broader Workcube ERP footprint to centralize sales pipelines and contact records alongside production control and financial accounting. Workcube CRM was used to unify customer and contact management, standardize sales order workflows, and create linked records between orders and production batches to improve traceability. Functional configuration emphasized material input output tracking and consolidated reporting across accounting and production, with Workcube CRM acting as the sales and contact management layer tied into production traceability. Governance and rollout were coordinated with Atwork across the Sakarya and İstanbul sites, aligning sales, production and accounting processes under a single application suite. The published Workcube success story highlights ERP and production improvements and explicitly references improved sales processes and customer contact management, which supports the inference that Workcube CRM was leveraged to reduce material input output errors and improve traceability and reporting in those business functions.
