Operational governance was structured to leverage trained administrators in the City of Baltimore Police department who will be capable of making configuration changes as needed, with vendor support tiers available for escalations. The implementation scope is focused on Baltimore City Fire Department operational coverage and aligns application configuration, administrator governance, and vendor managed cloud maintenance under the Workforce Management configuration.
