Armen Chevrolet Inc. Automotive 36 $3M United States Reynolds and Reynolds Company Reynolds and Reynolds DMS Dealership Management 2010 n/a In 2010, Armen Chevrolet Inc. implemented Reynolds and Reynolds DMS. The Reynolds and Reynolds DMS, a Dealership Management application, was provisioned to centralize core dealership operations across sales, fixed operations, parts, finance and insurance, and accounting functions. Reynolds and Reynolds DMS was configured to include standard Dealership Management capabilities such as inventory management, sales desk and deal processing, service scheduling and repair order management, parts bin and order management, accounting ledger integration, and CRM driven customer satisfaction tracking. Configuration emphasized CSI and customer retention workflows and staff were documented as proficient in using V Auto, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer Track, Route One ADP, VinSolutions, and Higher Gear to support those workflows. Integrations were established to synchronize vehicle pricing and market data with V Auto, exchange finance origination and credit workflows with Route One ADP, align CRM records with VinSolutions, and connect retail and auction related processes with Dealer Track, while Higher Gear supported service and parts data exchange. These integrations were implemented to maintain a unified operational data model across sales, service, parts, F&I, and accounting teams within the dealership. Operational governance focused on standardizing sales to service handoffs and customer follow up processes to reinforce CSI and retention objectives. Training and process documentation accompanied the deployment to ensure operational adoption across departments, and the implementation positioned Armen Chevrolet Inc. to operate Reynolds and Reynolds DMS as the central system for dealership business functions.
