Integrations were established through authorized administrative access to carrier and vendor portals, including UHC/UMR, VSP, Metlife, Paylogix, T. Rowe Price, and Discovery FSA, enabling file review and enrollment modifications directly through those vendor systems. Operational coverage extended to all plant HR representatives, with the central administrator acting as the primary point of contact for plant HR, and handling escalated employee benefits inquiries and counseling to business functions such as payroll and plant HR operations. Governance and process controls were formalized around recurring audit cycles, with the administrator responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual benefits audits including verification of invoices, enrollments and premiums. The administrator also maintained retirement data and deferral records with T. Rowe Price, carrying out actions on employee accounts in accordance with plan documents and ERISA guidelines.
