Rheem Manufacturing Manufacturing 14000 $6.0B United States Oracle Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management Inventory Management 2022 n/a In 2022, Rheem Manufacturing implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management as part of a broader move to consolidate supply chain, customer service, HR, and finance processes on a single cloud platform. The implementation positions Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management at the center of Rheem's inventory and procurement strategy for its global manufacturing and distribution operations. The deployment configured Inventory Management capabilities alongside Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing functionality to streamline procurement, inventory control, and logistics workflows. Configuration work emphasized inventory visibility, automated replenishment controls, lot and serial tracking, and transactional integration with order and receipt processing, aligning functional modules common to Inventory Management implementations. Integrations were executed within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for compute and networking, OCI Integration for application connectivity, and OCI Identity and Access Management for centralized security and access governance. The Inventory Management implementation operates within the same Oracle Fusion suite instances used for customer experience, human capital management, and finance, enabling cross-functional data flows across supply chain, customer service, HR, and finance. Governance focused on automating and optimizing end to end processes to modernize core business systems and support Rheem's sustainability and productivity objectives. Rheem explicitly expects the Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management deployment to increase operational efficiency, improve the employee experience, and help the company meet sustainability goals while scaling global operations across its presence in more than 80 countries.
