Oracle Cloud HCM was configured to support entity-level segregation while aligning a shared data model and security model across the implemented modules. EvoSys served as the systems integrator for the project, implementing Oracle Fusion HCM alongside ERP and SCM in three Al Qahtani entities in Saudi Arabia. The deployment emphasized integrated data flows between Oracle Cloud HCM and the concurrently implemented Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud SCM components to ensure consistent master data and cross-functional alignment between HR and finance supply chain processes. Governance workstream activity included standardizing HR processes and establishing a common configuration baseline across the three entities, defining role based access and tenant configuration patterns for the group, and sequencing cutover to align HCM go lives with the parallel ERP and SCM rollouts. The program structure reflects a multi-entity Oracle Fusion implementation model with EvoSys-led configuration and governance coordination.
Van Hessen Manufacturing 2500 $500M Netherlands Oracle Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR 2018 Profource In 2018, Van Hessen began implementing Oracle Cloud HCM to centralize its Core HR landscape, with a formal go-live of the HCM program in 2019. The initiative responded to the merger of two parties and aimed to unify HCM processes for a global manufacturing and distribution organization operating in 18 countries with approximately 2,500 employees. The Oracle Cloud HCM deployment consolidated end to end Core HR capabilities to support international workforce administration and employee data management. Implementation work focused on configuring common master data models, process harmonization across payroll and HR processes, and embedding Oracle Cloud HCM as the system of record for global HR operations. Profource acted as the implementation partner and implemented the payroll connectivity using Oracle Global Payroll Interface, enabling direct payroll processing with ADP. The project covers HR and payroll functions across multiple countries, supports about 300 named users, and is described as an ongoing program of work to stabilize and extend multinational HCM processes. Governance and process restructuring centered on merging disparate HCM rules into a single Oracle Cloud HCM instance, standardizing data flows and the payroll handoff. Profource’s integration of the Global Payroll Interface enabled Van Hessen to perform payroll processing efficiently and easily with ADP, and Oracle Cloud HCM remains the centralized Core HR platform for the company.
