Governance and rollout incorporated a formal test automation and CI CD posture, led by a Test Lead responsible for coordinating test team activities, task prioritization, automation tooling and CI CD setup. Day to day test execution and quality assurance included test strategy development by Test Automation Engineers, creation and maintenance of automated scripts, issue reporting, regression testing and documentation, alongside training and onboarding to embed testing standards and continuous improvement practices.
