Vigilant Technologies executed the program using its Insculpt Methodology, implementing an end to end integrated solution that unified Oracle Cloud SCM with Procurement, Order Processing, Financials and EPM Clouds using Oracle Cloud Applications standard functionality and industry practices. Integration and reporting architecture provided online analytical capabilities for executives, operations and finance teams, while the implementation approach emphasized minimizing ongoing internal resource requirements. Governance and rollout aligned cross functional workflows between supply chain, operations and finance, establishing centralized inventory control and executive visibility across sites. Explicit outcomes reported by the customer included centralized monitoring of inventory operations with accurate granular inventory control, real time visibility to on hand availability and on hold statuses, the ability to operate the system with minimal internal resources, and the implementation was showcased at Oracle OpenWorld and OUAG Collaborate.
