Swan Touchpoint TRIMS Vision was configured to ingest point of sale and loyalty data from Cygnus EPOS and FUSE via the Swan Retail System SRS, enabling standard retail BI capabilities such as consolidated transaction reporting, loyalty analytics, dashboarding and scheduled report distribution. Operational coverage focused on retail and ecommerce business functions, supporting frontline retail staff, ecommerce operations and back office reporting for silvermere golf; governance was implemented through role based access to dashboards and scheduled ETL style data feeds from SRS. The deployment emphasized transaction and loyalty analytics as the primary use cases for Swan Touchpoint TRIMS Vision, aligning the Analytics and BI application to retail reporting workflows and customer experience monitoring without introducing additional external integrations.
