Bryan S Ryan | Professional Services | 10 | $25M | United Kingdom | ECi Software Solutions | ECI ScanIT | Inventory Management | 2018 | n/a | In 2018, Bryan S Ryan implemented e-automate to centralize inventory, service and contract data across its Dublin operations. The firm also deployed MobileTech for field service enablement and implemented ECI ScanIT as an Inventory Management tool to provide mobile scanning and parts-level tracking alongside e-automate and MobileTech. The e-automate deployment consolidated service contract records, parts inventory and billing data to create unified reporting and support contract-aware parts allocation. MobileTech extended those records into the field, enabling engineers to capture service events and parts consumption in real time. ECI ScanIT provided mobile inventory scanning and supply-fulfilment workflows that digitized parts scans and reduced reliance on manual counts. Operational scope focused on Dublin service and field technician teams, with rollout starting when e-automate went live in April 2018 and subsequent adoption of MobileTech and ECI ScanIT to align field scanning with back-office inventory processes. System workflows were adjusted to route parts consumption through e-automate records and to tie scanned inventory events into service billing and contract reconciliation. The integrated approach improved reporting accuracy, reduced billing queries and made field engineers more efficient as described in the customer case study. | |
