Governance and change control were formalized through the agreed System Change Control Process, with responsibilities for creating test scripts, owning testing documentation, executing test plans, delivering test results to appropriate stakeholders, and cutting over changes to the Live environment. The Payroll Systems Co ordinator role drives system configuration, testing and operational handover, ensuring changes comply with governance requirements and vendor coordination protocols. | |
