Operational coverage spanned store operations and corporate office functions, with the integrated architecture enabling inventory accuracy at receiving, consolidated end-of-day sales information, and corporate decision support through central office reporting. Retail Consult engaged as the implementation advisor, conducting practitioner-led workshops that applied global leading practices and pragmatic guidance to define business requirements and configuration. The applications were configured to meet solution expectations and seamlessly integrated across the organization, resulting in streamlined store operations, faster stock receiving and more accurate sales information available by end of day, which supported improved corporate level decision making.
