In 2022, Torch Technologies implemented Deltek Learning Management System as its Learning and Development platform to centralize training, onboarding, and compliance records. The Deltek Learning Management System became the primary repository for employee training, attendance, and certification documentation used by HR and quality teams.
The implementation concentrated on creation and configuration of learning paths and courses, management of attendance, recording results of tests and assessments, and tracking retraining requirements. Human Resources staff created and implemented courses and learning paths within Deltek Learning Management System and maintained records of training, development activities, continuing education requirements, and employee service recognition program participation.
Operational workflows aligned LMS activity with onboarding and benefits administration, with HR personnel using the LMS in conjunction with Deltek CostPoint for candidate entry, open enrollment planning and data reconciliation, and employee status changes. The system was used to initiate and document background checks and to support the quality program by tracking ISO training, providing auditable training records to assist with DOL and DCAA audit requirements.
Governance and process responsibility rested with Human Resources, which coordinated course management, attendance communications, and training record maintenance, and partnered with Quality and Compliance for ISO training oversight. Torch Technologies Deltek Learning Management System Learning and Development supported HR, Quality, and Compliance business functions through structured learning workflows and centralized recordkeeping.

In 2018 Radiance Technologies implemented LMS365 for Learning and Development. The deployment was administered from Radiance Technologies Huntsville, Alabama operations and supported learning workflows across the organization of roughly 1,000 employees, aligning the LMS365 installation with the companys broader Microsoft 365 modernization efforts.
Implementation work concentrated on LMS365 core capabilities, including course management, enrollment workflows, learning progress tracking, and administrative reporting. The Jr. SharePoint Administrator function included day to day LMS365 administration, creation and maintenance of course catalogs, management of user enrollments, and internal audio visual support for instructor led sessions. Standard Operating Procedures were authored and maintained to govern course lifecycle, permissions, and support escalation.
LMS365 was operated alongside a modernized SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform architecture, and ShareGate and SharePoint Online migration tools were used during the SharePoint migration and information architecture modernization. The implementation linked learning content hosted in SharePoint to Teams based training sessions, and leveraged Power Platform workflows for process orchestration where configured. Operational coverage included Tier I and II IT helpdesk support and centralized LMS administration at the Huntsville site.
Governance emphasized documented SOPs, coached onboarding for technical and non technical users, and instructor led training materials to support ongoing adoption and troubleshooting. Administration of LMS365 was integrated into existing Microsoft 365 governance and support processes, combining course administration responsibilities with broader collaboration and content management practices.
