Whistl Professional Services 2700 $836M United Kingdom Isotrak Isotrak ATMSi Fleet Management Fleet Management 2016 n/a In 2016 Whistl implemented Isotrak ATMSi Fleet Management as its Fleet Management application. The deployment focused on operational control across Whistl UK LTD transport and depot networks and positioned Isotrak ATMSi as the core vehicle tracking and fleet operations platform used by transport supervisors and drivers. Isotrak ATMSi Fleet Management was configured to support vehicle location tracking, routing and daily van delivery and collection planning, driver performance monitoring, and servicing schedules. Configuration work emphasized route orchestration and depot-level remodelling to align vehicle routing with staff utilisation, and standard operational workflows for pre-use vehicle checks and compliance monitoring were embedded in the system. The transport technology stack operated alongside Mandata planning software for route planning, Kronos for payroll administration, R2C for servicing and maintenance records, and NAV for purchase order workflows, reflecting cross-tool operational dependencies rather than described technical integration points. Operational scope included transport supervision, depot operations, customer services support, procurement activities, and payroll administration across Whistl’s national UK network. Governance and process changes centered on consolidating transport supervision activities into system-driven workflows, supporting the Transport Manager with scheduling, agency bookings, servicing and repair vendor coordination, and purchase order administration. The implementation supported supervisors covering multiple depots and standardized induction and briefing processes for agency drivers, while using Isotrak ATMSi to surface compliance exceptions and service scheduling tasks for fleet vendors. Explicit operational outcomes included remodelling depot van delivery and collection networks to improve staff utilisation and van daily routing efficiency, and maintaining driving efficiency practices that supported company fuel targets. Isotrak ATMSi Fleet Management served as the central Fleet Management tool that aligned vehicle tracking, routing, compliance monitoring, and servicing administration with Whistl’s transport operating model.
Ponden Home Retail 250 $23M United Kingdom Kewill Kewill DropShip Supply Chain Management 2017 n/a In 2017, Ponden Home implemented Kewill DropShip to address structural limits in supplying larger homeware items and to expand online product choice, initiating a targeted Supply Chain Management program. The rollout was planned over an 18 month period, aligning the homeware arm of the EWM Group to a drop ship model to extend distribution without adding inhouse warehousing capacity. Configuration focused on core drop ship capabilities within Kewill DropShip, including order orchestration and routing, supplier catalog onboarding and management, automated fulfillment routing, shipment visibility and tracking, and returns handling workflows. These modules were applied to support larger SKUs such as beds, mattresses and garden furniture that Ponden Home previously could not offer due to logistics and return scale constraints. Operational integrations were implemented to connect Kewill DropShip to Ponden Home ecommerce order streams, supplier assortments, and carrier tracking feeds, providing end to end visibility from order capture to fulfillment. The deployment covered distribution and ecommerce operations across the United Kingdom, with governance coordinated across EWM Group offices in England, Wales and Scotland and with direct impact on order processing, distribution and customer experience functions. Governance introduced supplier onboarding processes, exception management workflows and centralized fulfillment controls to manage drop ship exceptions and returns at scale. The initiative was explicitly intended to streamline order processing costs and expand product choice for customers online, while enabling Ponden Home to broaden its retail assortment through a Supply Chain Management drop ship architecture.
