Governance and rollout were managed through a program structure staffed by a Systems Project Manager and Programme Manager, with a Product Owner driving Agile IT and business process change initiatives. The implementation was executed as part of coordinated IT business transformation programs, using iterative delivery to embed new WMS-driven workflows into operations, IT, finance and distribution site processes.
