Configuration work included rule-based roster templates, automated time capture and approval workflows, and role-based access for HR and people coordinators to support operational scheduling and compliance reporting. Integrations were explicitly administered alongside HR3, PageUp, Tribal Habits and Culture Amp to create a connected HR and learning ecosystem. Humanforce Ento Workforce Management was operated together with HR3 for HR record administration, PageUp for talent acquisition workflows, Tribal Habits for learning management activities, and Culture Amp for engagement survey administration and reporting, enabling consolidated TA, LMS and Workforce Management reporting. Operational governance centered on a centralized People Coordinator role responsible for ENTO system administration and HR, LMS and TA reporting. That role coordinated the Annual Remuneration Review Program, the Service Recognition Program, WGEA reporting compliance, engagement and exit survey administration, online training and induction support, first line HR queries, and HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle.
