NextEra Energy | Utilities | 16800 | $24.8B | United States | Apromore | Apromore Task Mining | Process Mining | 2024 | n/a | In 2024, NextEra Energy deployed Apromore Task Mining in a Task Mining initiative to extend Apromore process mining capabilities across trade accounting and customer service workflows in the United States. The webinar presented jointly by NextEra Energy and Apromore documents Apromore process mining driving measurable improvements in those business functions, and Apromore Task Mining was used to provide integrated task and process level visibility for targeted operational workstreams. Apromore Task Mining was configured to capture task level activity and correlate those events with process models produced by Apromore process mining, supporting task tracing, session reconstruction, and process conformance analysis. Implementation concentrated on functional modules aligned with Task Mining and process intelligence, including task capture, automated activity classification, and linkage to process level analytics to surface bottlenecks within trade accounting and customer service operations. Operational coverage was scoped to trade accounting and customer service teams in the United States, with Apromore led process intelligence used to unify task level telemetry and process maps for continuous problem identification. The implementation emphasized integrated task and process level insights rather than named system integrations, focusing on delivering contextualized process intelligence to finance and customer operations. Governance included establishing process intelligence ownership and instrumentation practices to support ongoing analysis and remediation, following the Apromore led approach described in webinar materials. The program produced measurable improvements in the cited workflows according to the joint presentation, and Apromore Task Mining and Apromore process mining were presented as complementary layers for sustained workflow refinement. | |
