Operational scope covered HR and people managers supporting manufacturing staff across More Trafo Norway’s Norwegian sites, with the application serving as the primary system for onboarding and competence oversight. The deployment focused on workforce-facing modules of the Learning Management System, using role-based access and manager approval flows to control course completion and competence validations.
Governance changes included centralizing HR administration of onboarding and skills records and defining manager sign-off processes for competence assessments, enabling more consistent people processes. Outcomes stated by the project included a standardized onboarding experience and a clearer organizational view of employee skills, supporting ongoing HR planning and competence management.
