Euro Caps B.V. Consumer Packaged Goods 460 $40M Netherlands Nintex Nintex K2 Five Process Mining 2019 n/a In 2019, Euro Caps B.V. implemented Nintex K2 Five to centralize and automate core workflows and to support Process Mining efforts across the organization. The deployment paired Microsoft SharePoint with Nintex K2 Five following a recommendation from local IT partner Thysia Information, addressing growth driven inefficiencies caused by email and spreadsheet based processes and duplicate data entry. Over a two year rollout Euro Caps built more than 25 K2 Software solutions, with at least one K2 process present in each business department. Key Nintex K2 Five implementations include Operator Tiles and Operator Portal on the shop floor to provide instant access to product manuals and to view and record grind history by bean type and pallet configuration, plus seven K2 Five HR processes covering hiring, contract extensions and automated routine task alerts, and four integrated K2 Five processes for supplier approval, commodity item creation, material combination validation and new product approval. Architecturally the implementation centralized document management and process orchestration in Microsoft SharePoint with Nintex K2 Five driving form automation, workflow routing and event notifications, simplifying data collection and reducing duplicate entry across applications. Operational coverage spans shop floor production, HR, procurement and executive reporting, with process automation running from the production line to the board room and standardized data capture across sites. Governance and workflow changes focused on standardizing data collection and automating routine approvals, enabling automated alerts for HR activities and formalized supplier and material validation workflows to protect quality standards. The company reports improved efficiency, time savings and cost savings as a result of the K2 Software processes and identifies continued work to extend automation toward a paperless factory while maintaining product quality.
