Governance was managed through the HRIS Programme lead, with programme level oversight to standardize HR processes and services, coordinate the global rollout, and align HR operating model changes with system configuration. Rollout and adoption emphasis focused on unifying HR service delivery across regions and integrating recruitment and time systems into the new Core HR platform.
