Dennis Family Corporation Construction and Real Estate 500 $152M Australia ZAP ZAP Data Hub Data Warehouse 2018 n/a In 2018 Dennis Family Corporation implemented ZAP Data Hub as a centralized Data Warehouse to consolidate operational and financial data across construction and real estate lines of business. The deployment established a single data repository intended to support business reporting and integration with transactional platforms used by the organization. ZAP Data Hub was configured to provide core data warehouse capabilities including extract, transform, load processes, staging and a semantic reporting layer. The implementation emphasized automated ingestion pipelines and data consolidation to support business reporting and analytics workflows, with the ZAP Data Hub name retained in operational documentation and user access patterns. Integrations were executed by Dennis Family Corporation’s internal application development and integration teams, leveraging MuleSoft integrations, REST APIs and direct connectors to Sage X3 ERP and Microsoft SQL Server as source systems. The ZAP Data Hub was also provisioned to feed downstream reporting engines and planning tools identified in internal skillsets, including IBM Cognos Analytics, Zapbi and TM1, enabling consolidated data delivery to finance, reporting and operational analytics users. Governance and operational ownership were placed with the internal application development function and cross-functional stakeholders, including business analysts, infrastructure and service desk teams. Change control processes and cross-team sign-off were used to manage data model changes and ingestion schedules, aligning IT integration work with business reporting requirements.
