Governance is centralized around the Parts and Service Administrator who maintains inventory workbooks, configures Fleetio records, and coordinates reporting cadence with shop leadership. Training and ad hoc support appear to be informal and peer driven, with the Parts and Service Administrator functioning as the de facto administrator and process owner for Fleetio Fleet Management within the company. | |
