The implementation included a defined integration objective to connect InVision injixo with existing HR and Payroll systems, with work to commence noted on 1.4.15 and a target to operationalize data flows for starters, leavers, annual leave and contractual changes. Operational scope emphasized NHS111 rostering and HR/Payroll interfacing, and the project plan described dual running of the new Workforce Management platform alongside incumbent tools during cutover. Governance and rollout activities were structured around a weekly project risk and issues review with SB and Pauline Hand DOO, and processes for annual leave, starters, leavers and changes awaited creation and approval by the Project Sponsor and management team.
