Governance and operational practices included use of AWE Approval Workflow Engine and Approvals components to embed approval workflows, Change Assistant for upgrade orchestration, and security configuration for application controls. Staff participated in several major upgrades of Oracle PeopleSoft EPM and maintained application support, change management and technical tuning responsibilities. | |
