Christus Health Healthcare 51000 $6.5B United States Infor Infor GRC Governance, Risk and Compliance 2019 New River Systems Corporation In 2019, CHRISTUS Health implemented Infor GRC. The deployment addressed access governance, automated certification workflows and segregation-of-duty remediation across its Infor CloudSuite Healthcare environment, aligning the Infor GRC application with Governance, Risk and Compliance objectives for finance, audit and IT controls. The implementation used Authorization Insight, Certification Manager and Access Manager modules within Infor GRC to provide authorization analysis, certification campaign orchestration and entitlement management. Configuration work focused on certification cadence, role and entitlement modeling, automated remediation workflows and segregation-of-duty rule enforcement to accelerate corrective actions and produce audit-ready evidence. CHRISTUS executed the deployment with New River Systems Corporation and Infor Professional Services, integrating Infor GRC directly with its Infor CloudSuite Healthcare instance to operationalize access reviews and remediation across financial, audit and IT domains. Operational coverage included centralized certification campaigns, remediation tracking and capture of control evidence to support internal and external audits. Governance changes included centralized ownership of certification cycles, standardization of SOD rules and formal remediation workflows that connected access results to IT change and ticketing processes. Outcomes reported in vendor case material included dramatically faster remediation and substantial annual time savings, quantified as thousands of hours saved annually.
