The project increased capacity to approximately 165,000 cases per day, improved throughput and pallet quality, enabled ergonomic reassignment of roles on the warehouse floor, and provided a platform for future capacity growth with Dematic IQ as the Logistics Management backbone. | |

Governance changes centered on standardized picking and loading procedures, FEFO compliance and centralized operational rules within FluxVision WMS, impacting warehouse operations, distribution execution and customer fulfillment processes. The implementation supported higher customer satisfaction and created repeatable operational practices for Maracana Romania as it scaled its regional distribution footprint. | |
