Operational governance for the deployment followed a Build and Run model under global ERP operations, applying Change and Release Management ChaRM, Test Data Migration Server TDMS, Landscape Management LaMa, and an Operations Control Center to support continuous delivery and regulatory consistency. Responsibility for development, security, technical and solution architecture, project and enhancements delivery, and infrastructure was retained within the ERP service to maintain availability, reliability, and performance of Finance and Supply Chain business processes. | |
