Operational design included an explicit integration pattern between NGA ResourceLink and Sage 50 payroll to deliver payroll inputs and employee data feeds into the payroll engine used by Praxis Care. The integration and data flows were scoped to handle GB, ROI and IOM jurisdictions, with HR and payroll teams accountable for feed validation and exception handling. Governance and operational ownership rested with internal HR and payroll functions, with ongoing support activity documented through to 28 February 2019. Implementation activity prioritized data governance, role based access for HR administrators and a hire to retire workflow alignment between NGA ResourceLink and payroll processing. | |
