The project was delivered by Swan Retail with Touchretail acting as the supplying partner. Deployment covered point of sale and back office functions to unify in-store and online merchandising workflows. The Swan Touchpoint TRIMS Backoffice deployment combined EPoS and back office modules with barcode printing, mobile logistics and web integration to support both in-store transactions and the club's online store. Functional capabilities implemented included sales transaction processing, centrally managed inventory ledgers, barcode label generation and mobile scanning for stock moves. A Kit Builder capability was configured on-site to support customized kit assembly and faster order fulfilment, and loyalty integration tied fan accounts to retail purchases across channels. Operational scope spanned retail, e-commerce and warehouse operations within the stadium retail environment and was structured to synchronize stock across club shops, the outlet and the central warehouse. Governance and rollout were coordinated by Swan Retail with Touchretail, aligning fulfillment workflows and inventory controls between retail and warehouse teams.
