Tu Pack | Distribution | 50 | $5M | United Kingdom | The Access Group | Mintsoft Warehouse Management | Warehouse Management | 2020 | n/a | In 2020, Tu Pack implemented Mintsoft Warehouse Management in the Warehouse Management category, deploying the solution provided by The Access Group. The implementation was oriented to support Tu Pack s UK distribution operations and to centralize warehouse order fulfillment workflows for an organisation of about 50 employees. Configuration work for Mintsoft Warehouse Management concentrated on user administration and security, including creating, editing, and deleting users and granular permission management. Operational rule configuration included courier mappings and order rules to drive fulfillment routing and shipping decisioning, and the team managed label and printer configurations and workstation provisioning for new employees. Integrations and operational support were explicit components of the rollout, with integrations configured to client e-commerce storefronts and data validation work performed against Shopify store exports using Microsoft Excel lookups. Technical support processes were formalised with ticket logging and tracking through Zendesk, and the internal team built custom development apps and point to point integrations to address client specific workflows. Governance and enablement covered ongoing support and training, with high quality software support webinars delivered to clients and documented troubleshooting for hardware such as label printers and PCs. The implementation therefore combined application configuration, device and endpoint support, integration setup, and operational support processes to sustain Mintsoft Warehouse Management across Tu Pack s client and internal fulfilment activities.

Frontline Advance LLC | Retail | 150 | $30M | United States | ShipHero | ShipHero | Warehouse Management | 2020 | n/a | In 2020 Frontline Advance LLC implemented ShipHero as its Warehouse Management solution. The initiative was led by the Vice President of Technology who provided hands on IT leadership during the first year while establishing an IT and security strategy and a roadmap to scale ecommerce operations. ShipHero was configured to orchestrate order fulfillment workflows and inventory synchronization as part of the ecommerce fulfillment stack. The deployment aligned ShipHero with NetSuite ERP to provide a single source of truth for orders and inventory, and a Sr. NetSuite Developer was hired to support the NetSuite implementation while Boomi middleware was used to enable transactional orchestration between BigCommerce and ShipHero. Architecturally the environment used Boomi as the integration layer connecting the BigCommerce storefront, NetSuite ERP, and the ShipHero Warehouse Management system, enabling real time order and fulfillment transactions and shipping orchestration. Customer service tooling was integrated into the same data flow, with a cloud based TalkDesk platform linked via API to Zendesk, and an automation and AI web chat solution planned to perform data dips into NetSuite in later phases. Application security and access were centralized using OKTA for SSO and MFA across business applications. Governance and operational rollout emphasized shifting IT from reactive support to business partnership, with process ownership embedded into ecommerce and customer service teams. The program included quarterly security awareness training, an Incident Response Plan, published security policies, and phased bot training for machine learning improvements. The integration work delivered successful transactions between BigCommerce and ShipHero, and adjacent customer experience investments produced an improved CSAT score, faster call flow management, real time reporting, and reduced customer service calls through automated chat.
