Adaptive Health | Manufacturing | 250 | $50M | United States | Oracle | Oracle Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | 2019 | Creoal Consulting | In 2019 Adaptive Health implemented Oracle Cloud ERP to consolidate finance and supply chain across its growing B2B and B2C businesses following an acquisition. The company’s SAP Business One instance was not integrated with the acquired entity’s Oracle Cloud footprint and was judged unsuitable to support the projected growth and unified operations needs. The deployment configured Oracle Cloud Financials together with Oracle Cloud SCM as core modules within the Oracle Cloud ERP environment, and included configuration for EDI 850 transaction processing. Oracle Integration Cloud Service was used as the middleware layer to orchestrate EDI, web services, and bulk import processes from the new e-commerce system, providing a centralized integration fabric for transactional and master data flows. Operational coverage centralized accounting, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory orchestration across both business units and across the company’s three United States locations, placing order intake from national retail and e-commerce channels onto a single ERP Financial and SCM backbone. Vendor communications were routed via EDI and web services, and the solution scope included alignment of B2B retail replenishment and direct-to-consumer fulfillment flows. Creoal Consulting served as the system integrator for the engagement and remains engaged in Phase 2 activities that include production functional support and additional EDI transaction implementations. Adaptive Health went live on Oracle Cloud Financials and SCM in January 2020 and is continuing integration work between Oracle Cloud and internal CRM, shipping, and warehouse solutions.

CBIZ | Professional Services | 6500 | $1.4B | United States | Oracle | Oracle Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | 2018 | Creoal Consulting | In 2018, CBIZ kicked off an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation focused on Oracle Cloud Financials, deploying an ERP Financial solution to centralize corporate finance and accounting processes. The engagement targeted configuration and stabilization of core financial workflows within Oracle Cloud ERP including allocations, general ledger controls, and month end close orchestration. Creoal Consulting was engaged in January 2020 to perform an Implementation Assurance engagement, delivering a two day onsite ACE review at CBIZ. The Creoal team conducted risk identification and remediation planning, assessed configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials allocations and period close processes, and raised the Oracle IQ of the internal project team through targeted knowledge transfer and governance coaching. The assurance engagement produced a revised allocation approach and governance adjustments to reduce operational transaction volume, enabling CBIZ to decrease allocations from 7,400 to 2,000 per month. Remediation tactics from the Creoal ACE refocused the program timeline and strengthened finance process controls while increasing internal operational capability for ongoing Oracle Cloud ERP support.
