The Oracle Cloud ERP program was executed with FusionTek Systems as the systems integrator and focused on consolidating core finance and procurement processes. The implementation emphasized core general ledger configuration, including calendars, chart of accounts instances, ledgers, cross validation rules and legal entities, and the setup of approval workflows for requisitions and purchase orders using the BPM worklist. Functional setups included security design, creation of security roles, data access sets and user provisioning to align access with finance and procurement responsibilities. Data migration leveraged Oracle File Based Data Imports to convert journals, daily rates, payables standard invoices, accounts receivable invoices, customer master records, supplier records with addresses and site assignments, open purchase orders, requisitions and sales orders from Oracle E-Business Suite into Oracle Cloud ERP. Reporting and analytics work included the development of OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports for purchasing, receivables and payables, and scheduling of extracts. Integration work used Oracle Integration Cloud to automate GL journal flows, AP inbound invoice processing and to schedule BI Publisher extracts. Operational coverage centered on finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable and procurement teams, with configuration and workflow changes routed through BPM approvals and governed by role based security and data access sets. Governance activities included structured role creation and an approval matrix to support finance controls during cutover and steady state operations. Parallel Oracle HCM Cloud activities at Cantor Fitzgerald were executed by the same implementation team and included extracts, conversions and interfaces for HR and payroll, using the HCM Data Loader and payroll batch loader, and integration testing with third party payroll and benefits providers such as ADP, Wells Fargo, JPMC Chase, Aetna, Eyemed and WageWorks. These HCM integrations supported payroll and benefits feeds into the broader finance ecosystem after go live. | |
