ADVICS North America Manufacturing 1000 $3.6B United States Oracle Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial 2013 Fujitsu In 2013, ADVICS North America implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial deployment to standardize order to cash, procurement, manufacturing and costing workflows. Fujitsu acted as the system integrator for the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 program, with a Supply Chain Solutions Architect and Project Manager leading design and delivery efforts for the implementation. The implementation covered R12 Order to Cash, INV, Advanced Pricing, Procure to Pay, WIP, and Cost Management modules, with configuration work focused on Order Management drop-ship processes, inter-company flows, and inter-organization transfers. The team designed and rolled out solutions for direct and indirect material purchasing and executed a concentrated rollout of pricing functionality using Advanced Pricing to centralize price determination across channels. Integration scope was extensive and explicitly included interfaces between Oracle E-Business Suite and the customer s legacy applications for PO releases, changes, cancellations, PO receiving, and receiving corrections. The program also implemented interfaces for manufacturing and shipping transactions and a specific integration for PO releases and receiving transactions from legacy systems into Oracle, ensuring transactional continuity for procurement and shop floor processes. Project governance combined onsite and offshore delivery, with a single program lead managing a team of 11 consultants across design, integration, and module configuration. The Oracle E-Business Suite R12 implementation went live on 07/01/2014, completing the formal rollout phase for the defined ERP Financial scope and operational integrations.
