Advanced user training was delivered by BIS consultants to accounting and finance staff to operationalize the redesigned workflows and reporting templates. Following go-live, GFA B.I.S will provide ongoing remote user support to sustain operations and address post-implementation issues. Governance changes emphasized updated accounting procedures and role based access for finance personnel, reinforcing operational controls around fiscal agent services and routine reporting under the Infor SunSystems ERP Financial deployment. | |

The Canvas implementation was delivered within the same consolidated claims program that achieved a unified claims system, consistent verified data, and harmonized processes across the federation. Governance and delivery involved Guidewire Professional Services and partner V-NEO alongside system integrator GFT Technologies, using incremental rollouts and value tracking. The broader Guidewire program that included ClaimCenter finished early and under budget, earned local recognition, and continued to track post go-live benefits such as reduced clerical work, lower reliance on independent adjusters, and increased use of preferred auto vendors, while Guidewire Canvas provides the interface layer to operationalize those claims workflows. | |
