Fujitsu acted as the systems integrator and service provider for the rollout, executing a compressed implementation schedule and process standardization at go live. Governance was reorganized to enforce group common processes for order handling and inventory management, with a coordinated rollout across the seven trading companies in Japan and centralized operational oversight.
