Operational coverage centered on the new manufacturing site in Indonesia and extended visibility to the Japanese head office, providing centralized cloud access for cross-border order and inventory visibility. The implementation impacted sales, inventory and procurement business functions and consolidated transactional data into the Fujitsu cloud instance for reporting and operational coordination. Fujitsu acted as the systems integrator and service provider for the rollout, executing a compressed implementation schedule and process standardization at go live. Governance activity emphasized process alignment between the Indonesian site and the Japanese head office, using the Fujitsu PRO-NES configuration to enforce common order, inventory and purchasing procedures.

GLOVIA iZ is a Manufacturing ERP that was configured to unify order to shipment and inventory processes across seven group trading companies in Japan. The implementation focused on the GLOVIA iZ 販売 sales module and the cloud sales platform, with configuration of order management workflows, shipment coordination, and inventory visibility to support consolidated trading company operations. Fujitsu served as the implementation partner, delivering a cloud based group common ERP instance and configuring multi company setups and shared master data to support group level process standardization. The deployment architecture emphasized a single group instance for the seven trading companies to provide unified transaction flows and centralized operational control while preserving company specific business rules where required. Governance was reorganized to enforce group common processes for order handling and inventory management, with a coordinated rollout across the seven trading companies in Japan and centralized operational oversight. According to the Fujitsu case study the move to the GLOVIA iZ sales cloud platform yielded about 14 percent reduction in group operational time, approximately 92,000 annual hours saved.
