In 2018, LocaFox implemented Aircall Dashboard as its Call Center application to centralize voice interactions and support superior CustomerService as part of its retail modernization efforts. The Aircall Dashboard deployment focused on making voice conversations accessible alongside other customer touchpoints for customer service and store-facing teams.
The implementation configured core Call Center capabilities including inbound and outbound call handling, agent consoles, call logging, and real-time dashboards for monitoring. Configuration work emphasized routing rules and conversation tagging to align phone interactions with customer profiles and inquiry types.
Aircall was integrated with Zoho so that voice conversations and call metadata are accessible in a single system of record, enabling agents to surface phone history within Zoho records. Integration relied on standard SaaS connectors and API-level synchronization to push call records and transcripts into Zoho, preserving context across channels for customer engagement workflows.
Governance measures centered on centralizing conversation ownership and establishing processes for handoffs between store teams and centralized support, enabling consistent capture of phone interactions into Zoho. The implementation linked Aircall Dashboard, Call Center operations, and Zoho to create a unified view of customer conversations for service and store operations.
