Operational scope covered origination through closing handoffs, with the system embedded in loan processing and closing operations. Governance and process changes focused on compliance workflows to ensure disclosures and communications met FNMA requirements, local state and federal regulations, RESPA guidelines, and Reg Z and Reg B obligations.
