Operational coverage focused on merchandising, inventory planning and finance teams across the retailer's UK operations, with governance organized around a remote delivery rollout and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. Internal workflows were reoriented to use forecast-driven replenishment signals and to streamline business and support cost structures. Company statements cite decreased operational costs, increased inventory productivity, a better ability to anticipate customer demand and an improved customer experience as primary outcomes of the Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting Cloud Service deployment.
