Copperleaf partnered with Accenture to design the business process and to implement integrations with other company systems to feed decision analytics and planning workflows. Operational coverage spanned the three distribution operations in different states, bringing asset investment planning and risk modeling into a centralized process used by asset management and planning teams. Governance changes focused on establishing consistent, transparent asset investment decision making across the organization using stage gate approvals and the Copperleaf Decision Analytics solution. The program produced a standardized long term investment planning practice and an automated, risk informed value framework to demonstrate that ONE Gas is effectively managing asset risk. | |
