Governance and process changes were driven by a strategy first approach to KPI selection, with an explicit rule to limit tracked KPIs to the most critical measures. Accountability processes were built into the platform, enabling managers to monitor Vital Signs and intervene when volume or margin goals were not met. The implementation delivered greater visibility into lane level revenue versus profit relationships and provided managers and individual producers with actionable break-even and margin targets through McLeod PowerBroker. These configuration choices emphasized explainable KPIs, manager visibility, and tighter alignment between brokerage activity and finance oversight.
