Martin & Pleasance | Retail | 80 | $10M | Australia | Koerber AG | Korber HighJump Warehouse Advantage | Warehouse Management | 2019 | Cloudfactory USA | In 2019, Martin & Pleasance deployed Korber HighJump Warehouse Advantage as a central Warehouse Management capability within a broader ERP-led architecture. The Korber HighJump Warehouse Advantage implementation was delivered by Cloudfactory USA and sits alongside SAP Business One as the system of record, forming a Warehouse Management layer to support the company’s Melbourne operations and international distribution reach into the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand. The implementation focused on standard Warehouse Management workflows and configuration for inventory control, picking and packing accuracy, lot and batch tracking required for Therapeutic Goods Administration compliance, and electronic order fulfilment. Korber HighJump Warehouse Advantage was configured to maintain a full electronic record of constituent ingredients and finished products, and to support accurate picking and packing across the company’s approximately 500 SKUs. Korber HighJump Warehouse Advantage was integrated with SAP Business One’s Material Requirements Planning, the Opmetrix mobile CRM order capture used by field sales, and the Accellos warehouse processes referenced in operational workflows. These integrations enabled direct order entry by sales representatives into Opmetrix, automatic handoff into SAP Business One and the Korber HighJump Warehouse Advantage workflow, and event-driven alerts to management prior to stock out situations. Governance and process change accompanied the technical deployment, moving the business away from spreadsheet-driven reconciliations to standardized electronic workflows and consolidated inventory visibility. Cloudfactory USA provided a consistent implementation team which applied largely standard configurations with targeted tweaks to meet regulatory batch tracking and field sales requirements, and the SAP Business One and Korber HighJump Warehouse Advantage combination reduced manual interventions in warehouse and order processes. Reported outcomes tied to the program are explicit, including a reported four fold increase in turnover since the introduction of the integrated solution, a doubling of headcount concentrated in field sales rather than administration, improved picking and packing accuracy, full supply chain visibility for reps and management, and maintenance of TGA-required batch tracking through the warehouse and ERP record chain. | |
