Operational scope is cross-agency and civil service wide, consolidating learning consumption onto one system used to service diverse departmental learning needs. Governance was aligned with the five-year plan, using centralized Pathways and skill frameworks to standardize learning outcomes and to satisfy agency training requirements. Early results reported include thousands of activated users, Skill Ratings being recorded, dozens of new Pathways created, and completed items tracked through the Degreed For Business environment. | |
