Operational coverage extended to oversight of the companys banking platforms, management of online users and capabilities, and coordination with other departments and business units for information and support. The treasury function managed an RFP for Mexico business units and implemented technology enhancements to improve departmental duties, while maintaining strong working relationships across the organization. Governance and process work included implementing cash management procedures to strengthen internal controls, providing treasury expertise as needed, assisting the Treasury Manager on various projects, and managing and mentoring one full time Treasury Analyst with cross training to preserve departmental effectiveness. | |
