Governance changes included updating income team procedures, formalizing follow-up processes for late payments and instituting suspense account resolution workflows. Team members also recommended refined testing and data upload procedures during a later Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounting project, advocating Excel interface functions and electronic journal backup uploads to streamline testing and reduce manual reconciliation steps. | |
