Rollout began in the United States and subsequently extended to Canada, covering approximately 6,000 employees across 14 manufacturing locations, five sales offices, and three headquarters sites in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, with roughly two-thirds of the workforce in hourly manufacturing roles. The integrated deployment supported real-time reporting and consolidated workforce metrics, which HR and operations teams used to streamline hiring, turnover, and organizational health reporting. Governance leveraged the single HCM instance to standardize learning administration and talent processes across sites, enabling consistent training, compliance tracking, and succession workflows under centralized data controls. Ceridian Dayforce Learning functioned as the Learning and Development component within Danone North America’s unified HCM architecture, providing an embedded learning capability within the broader Dayforce platform.
