In 2019 The Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health implemented MYOB Greentree Accounts Payable to consolidate finance, purchasing and HR payroll functions across multiple campuses in Australia. The deployment positioned MYOB Greentree Accounts Payable as the institution's AP Automation platform while aligning accounts payable workflows with broader finance and payroll operations.
The implementation encompassed accounts payable, purchasing and reporting capabilities within the Greentree suite, and extended configuration to support HR payroll data flows. The project removed manual, paper based purchase and invoice processes for researchers and administrative staff and standardized purchasing and reporting workflows across sites.
Delivery was executed with Ndevr Australia as the implementation partner and used a centralized Greentree instance to unify transaction processing and reporting across campuses. Operational coverage included finance, procurement and HR payroll teams and targeted researcher-facing administrative processes to reduce paper handling.
Governance focused on workflow standardization and centralized reporting to enforce consistent purchasing controls and AP procedures. According to the Greentree Ndevr case study the rollout streamlined purchasing and reporting, removed paper processes for researchers and freed administrative time.
