Operational coverage includes centralized HR recruitment operations across the Clinique du Bois de la Pierre in Wavre, Clinique de la Forêt de Soignes in La Hulpe, and Scheutbos Hospital and Residential Care Centre in Brussels, with direct handoffs to business departments for final selection. Implementation support is documented from SD Worx and project notes reference Adessa as guiding SILVA Medical toward SuccessFactors best practices, and the roadmap explicitly includes future rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Onboarding and SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. Governance changes emphasized process standardization, clearer role definitions between HR and clinical departments, and improved candidate communication to meet GDPR expectations.
